Networking is a crucial aspect of professional life, but is often a horrifying prospect for introverts. In this warm and welcoming session, we will go through process, challenge understanding and wrestle networking back from the extroverts. This session is led by a self-confessed introvert. By the end of this session, we hope that you will be able to:

• Understand that networking takes many forms

• Be affirmed that introverts can network as well as extroverts

• Create clear steps to move forward in networking
