Any new environment can elicit stress in cats, whether this is a cattery or foster home. With effective stress management, we can reduce the length of time a cat experiences stress and prevent chronic stress. In this module, we will look at measures we can take to manage stress in the shelter and foster setting and help cats to settle into this new environment quicker.
